Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member Krayzie Bone recently had to cancel part of his Canadian tour due to an intense case of pneumonia.

The 42-year-old rhymer revealed to TMZ that he’s suffering from an “intense case of pneumonia” brought on by his sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs. Krayzie believes that the medication that he takes for it weakened his immune system while on the road.

His doctors didn't want to risk his health, so they ordered him to cancel the rest of his tour so he can get treatment in Los Angeles. The Cleveland-based rapper went to his social media accounts to apologize to his Canadian fans for the abrupt cancellations.

"Due to some health complications, I am forced to postpone the final dates of my Canadian tour. My apologies but we will be back in April to rock with y'all," Krayzie wrote on his Instagram page.

Sarcoidosis is a serious autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs and lymph nodes. Some may remember the condition led to comedian Bernie Mac's untimely death in 2008.

We want to send our get-well wishes to Krayzie Bone and a speedy recovery from his illness.
