Labeled “World’s Ugliest Woman” One Woman Turns Ugly Comments Into Inspirational Speech [VIDEO]

Lizzie Velasquez is one of three people in the world to have the disorder that does not allow her to gain weight. Sadly, once her image started to make its way around the internet, cyber bullies quickly labeled her the "World's Ugliest Woman." Now, she is taking those comments to the stage, and using her image to inspire others around the world. And may we add, she is quiet entertaining at the same time.

While in high school, Velasquez found a video of herself on YouTube and it was then that she learned of the title others gave her, "World's Ugliest Woman." Rather that allow the bullies to get their way, Velasquez found the strength to channel the hatred into motivation and to rise above the cruelty.

While giving a talk at TEDX in Austin last month, she told her audience how she squashed the negativity, and how she turned it into motivation. She reminds us that if we can find happiness from within, be in control of our own lives, the bullies will always will be defeated.

This is one of the most inspirational videos I have seen in a LONG TIME!! Sure, there will always be bullies, yet, there will always be a way to defeat them, and it starts with what  Lizzie Velasquez has to say in this video. What a beautiful young lady she is.
