Lady Gaga spent the end of 2010 performing night in and night out for tens of thousands of her wildest fans. The "Little Monsters" are in for a treat because Gaga has a special that will be coming to HBO very soon. 'Lady Gaga Presents The Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden' will be premiering on May 7 and we've got a sneak peek! (below)
