Lafayette Parish Schools to Feed Kids While Schools Are Closed

The Lafayette Parish School System has announced that they will continue to feed students while schools are closed during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a Facebook post on Sunday the school system announced where students can go to pick up breakfast or lunch.

The drive-thru pick up will begin in Lafayette Parish on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Meals will be available thereafter on weekdays Monday - Friday from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Students must be present to receive a meal, no exceptions will be made. The meals will be brought out to the cars and/or students.
