A Lake Charles woman, Louise Lebine, was being interviewed by a local television station when she was asked what the loud siren sounded like that went off across the city. Her explanation, sound effect, is priceless.

A loud siren, a warning, went off in the downtown Lake Charles area Sunday, and apparently it was just a mishap. Dick Gremillion, Calcasieu Director Office of Homeland Security, said that the alarm was not a CAER siren.

Still, the alarm left many Lake Charles citizens concerned, and they source of the siren has yet to be determined. But thanks to Ms. Lebine, we now know what it sounded like.
