Let’s Stop Putting Grass Trimmings In The Road

Lafayette needs to stop doing this.

I have seen so many people do this in and around Lafayette and it is time to stop blowing your yard trimmings into the road.

Not only is this a road hazard for those on bikes or motorcycles, but it can also be an issue with drainage.

The trimmings can get into drains along the roadway, thus clogging them up, but even more than that, this is an eyesore.

I hope you'd share this with others on social media as a way to remind them to not do this. This is not cool.
