A Lil Xan concert in St Louis, Mo. was canceled earlier this month after threats were made toward the rapper by a local recording artist. Xan's team took the threats seriously and so is the St. Louis Police Department who are looking into the matter.

TMZ reported on Sunday (Oct. 28) the SLPD has launched a criminal investigation and are looking into the man seen in videos threatening the "Live or Die" rapper while shooting off firearms. As of yet, no warrants have been issued or arrests made.

As previously reported, Xan was supposed to perform at The Pageant on Oct. 10. That was before videos surfaced online of a rapper named VladHQ threatening violence against Xan while posing with and shooting off guns. "Lil Xan said he wants a fade with me," the man captioned a post of himself firing an automatic weapon into a lake. "I'M COMING TO YO OWN SHOW TO SMACK TF OUT OF YOU TOMORROW OCT 10 AT @thepageantstl."

He also uploaded a photo holding multiple guns with the caption, "hi Lil Xan see ya later at your show."

Because of the threat, the show was canceled. Xan's team offered the following statement. "It is our top priority, including the promoters and venue to ensure safety at every show. This was an old situation that has been taken care of internally. There is no reason to fear safety at any of Lil Xan's shows moving forward."

Xan and Vlad are reportedly beefing over a money dispute.
