Lindsay Lohan Gets 30 Days In Jail??

Lindsay Lohan was back in court today to face jail time for violating her probation.  Judge Stephanie Sautner handed Lindsay a 30 Day jail sentence with NO house arrest. Lindsay headed into court today complaining of food poisoning, but admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions and getting kicked out of the Downtown Women's Center. Judge Sautner now says that ALL of Lindsay's community service must be served at the L.A. County Morgue, and gave her a tight schedule for the rest of her probation.

If she does not complete all of her service, the judge will issue a warrant and sentence Lindsay to an additional 270 days in jail. But here's the kicker, the sheriff's dept. tells TMZ that Lindsay will servie 20% of her 30 day sentence which equals up to 6 days in jail. Judge Sautner also strongly suggested Lindsay stop tweeting about her experiences at the L.A. County Morgue. Following the hearing Lindsay seemed happy and walked out of court saying 'Thank God.'  I'm sure more is to come!
