Local chef Dustie Latiolais will be featured on Guy's (Fieri) Grocery Games.

Guy's Grocery Games is a games show in which contestants must "shop" for their ingredients and then use them in a dish. The winner of the competition could walk away with prizes worth up to $20,000.

According to Country Roads magazine, Dustie Latiolais grew up in Breaux Bridge, getting his first restaurant job at the age of  14 at Crawfish Town, USA. Since then, he has worked his way up through a few different restaurants, graduated from Louisiana Culinary Institute, and returned to Crawfish Town, USA, for a few years as Executive Chef.

Latiolais and his family now own Cochon Cannery, with a storefront in Downtown Breaux Bridge and a presence at the Lafayette Farmer's and Artisan's Market at Moncus Park. They sell jars of bacon jam and other bacon goodies (and who doesn't love, bacon, right?!).

The episode airs on September 15, 2019, on Food Network.
