Louisiana Mardi Gras Festivities Get Taken to the Aisles of Walmart in Slidell

The Mardi Gras festivities are in full-swing in Acadiana and across the state of Louisiana. Out in Slidell, even the folks at a Walmart store are getting in on the action. Check out photos plus a video of the fun here.

It certainly looked like a unique time to be a Walmart shopper in Slidell, as a full-on Mardi Gras parade happened around the aisles of the store.

The King and Queen of the parade were pulled around with pallet-jacks, as their decorated thrones wow'ed customers and employees alike.

People were wearing costumes, as it appears some employees of the store got in on the bead-throwing action.
