Louisiana Restaurant Gives Discount To Those Carrying Guns [VIDEO]

A Restaurant in Port Allen, Bergeron's Restaurant, is giving all gun-touting customers 10 percent off their meals for packing heat.

The owner of the restaurant, Kevin Cox, told NBC33 News that the idea of providing the discount was originally for all law enforcement personnel visiting the establishment, but when others asked about it, he obliged. The only catch, you must have the gun on you upon entering the establishment.

Cox says that he honors 15-20 discounts each day, to those packing heat in his restaurant. And yes, it is legal in Louisiana for citizens to openly carry firearms as long as they are over 18-years-old and not prohibited by law to carry the weapon.
