A Louisiana Senate bill aimed at regulating the age of employees at strip clubs included an amendment proposing a weight limit for dancers.

According to WBRZ, Rep. Kenneth E. Havard proposed an amendment in Senate Bill 468 that would limit strip club employees to be

between twenty-one and twenty-eight years of age and shall be no more than one hundred and sixty pounds in weight.

A representative of East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana and West Feliciana Parishes, Havard later removed the amendment before Senate voted on the bill and it was passed.

Apparently the amendment was a "joke," but female lawmakers didn't see the humor at all.
