Man Arrested Again For Inhaling Paint Fumes

Allow us to introduce you to Kelly Gibson. He was arrested again for allegedly inhaling toxic fumes, hence the silver paint on his face. But this isn't the first time he is arrested on such charges.Gibson has been arrested 42 times since 1992 for inhaling paint fumes. His wife alerted Fort Wayne Police on April 14th that her husband was back at it again, and subsequently he was arrested and booked into the parish jail. We certainly hope that someone gets this man help before its too late. I think he may have a problem.
