Man Thinks That New Orleans Is A State

This guy needs to go back to school.

The video starts off with two friends fighting over the fact that New Orleans isn't a state, it's a city within the state of Louisiana. But his friend wasn't having it. They argue back and fourth as the smart friend tries to explain that New Orleans is a city.

One of the funniest things that the not-so-smart friend says is "you have to go through Louisiana to get to New Orleans!" He wasn't joking, he really doesn't get it.

The question I have is did it ever click? I guess the world will never know.
