In week 2 of the 2011 NFL regular season, the New Orleans Saints defeated the Chicago Bears 30 - 13 in the New Orleans Superdome. The entire Saints team contributed to the victory, but the defense was relentless in making it a long day for Bears QB Jay Cutler. They racked up 6 sacks on Cutler in the 2nd half alone, and one sack in particular caught my eye.

It was 4th and 24 with 4 minutes to go in the 4th quarter. The Bears were down 17 lined up in desperation at their own 40yd line. Cutler took the snap, dropped back to pass and instantly Roman Harper was coming from his left and Malcom Jenkins was flying in from his right. The two Saints defensive backs drove him into the turf again, and then popped up to deliver a celebration dance that just might end up being one of my favorite Saints moments in this 2011 season.

The dance they are seen doing in the video below is from the song "Movin Like Berney" by ISA (Infinity So Awesome). In the song's hook, ISA describes dancing, drinking and partying to the point of "Moving Like Berney (Bernie)" referring to the 1989 cult classic "Weekend At Bernie's" where two young insurance agency employees discover their boss (Bernie Lomax) is deceased.

In the movie, Larry Wilson (Andrew McCarthy) and Richard Parker (Jonathan Silverman) believe that they are responsible for his death and that a hitman won't kill them if Bernie is around, they attempt to convince people that he is still alive. The comedy wasn't a blockbuster, but ended up grossing $70 million in theaters as well as big numbers in home video sales which resulted in a 1993 sequel "Weekend At Bernie's 2."

In the sequel, Larry and Richard plot to use Bernie to find the embezzled $2 million he had buried at the U.S. Virgin Islands. Before stuffing the body into a suitcase and heading for fortune, however, Bernie is partially revived in a botched voodoo ceremony and made to walk toward the hidden treasure whenever he hears music.

This "dead walking" that Bernie does in "Weekend At Bernie's 2" is what the dance from the song "Movin Like Berney" is based off of, and it looks like Malcolm Jenkins and Roman Harper are pretty good at it!
