Celebrities, influencers, and actors from all over the country came to enjoy the festivities in a city known for passing a good time.

Now that all the confetti has been swept up, hangovers have been cured, and restaurants are going back to business as usual, on waitress is looking for answers regarding a massive tip left to her on a bill this weekend.

New Orleans Waitress Unable to Receive Full $2K Tip from Post Malone

There were Super Bowl parties were on every block during the days leading up to the big game and Post Malone even hosted a free concert at The Fillmore on Canal Street to showcase his latest country hits.

Post Malone is known for being one of the more generous and down-to-earth artists in the music industry, so it is no surprise that he also goes above and beyond to care for service workers who take care of him.

While visiting a notable live music venue, The Howlin' Wolf, Posty racked up a $25 bill, which today was most likely two beers.

Instead of leaving the expected 20% tip of five bucks, the singer left 2K to the waitress.

However, Square, refused to give her the full amount left to her. In a post on Facebook Heather Foster said, "I had the pleasure of serving Post Malone the other night, and now Square is saying the tip is too high and they won't give me my money. Apparently it would only allow like up to 100% tip, so instead of the $2,000 I'm owed, they'll only let me keep $200. What can I do? Any suggestions or media leads? I am heartbroken."

Immediately, other service workers and even people with connections to Post Malone started reaching out to Square on her behalf.

Thanks to the power of social media, Heather posted this update in the New Orleans Service & Hospitality Industry Facebook group:

"We did it!!!!!!

I just wanted to give everyone an update! With the unrelenting support of Howie and the Howlin' Wolf family, my friends, my service industry comrades and our incredible future mayor, Square has finally agreed to give me what I'm owed. We did it y'all! I really cannot thank everyone enough! Thank you to everyone who rallied and helped spread the word. This is a perfect example of why I love New Orleans and our community. We did it. My heart is filled with gratitude and love for our city. Thank you, truly."
