The casualties from the Chris Brown and Drake nightclub brawl continue to rise as a New York model has come forward to reveal her injuries she sustained during the fracas. Ingrid Gutierrez is speaking out about what she witnessed at club W.i.P (Work in Progress) before champagne bottles were thrown around like freebies.

The 21-year-old model told the New York Post that she and her six girlfriends went to the club that night to listen to some hip-hop music. She then ran into a female friend and managed to get a seat at Brown’s table. According to her accounts, bottles were popping and everybody was having a good time. “They were all so nice,” she said. “I was talking to my girlfriends, and I talked to Chris a little bit. I also talked to his bodyguard Big Pat.”

Then at 4 AM, Brown had a waitress send a bottle of champagne to Drake’s table as a peace offering, which she returned with a note that Brown looked at and threw onto the floor.

Conflicting reports indicated that a derogatory message regarding Rihanna was written on the note, but Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, have said there was no note, and Brown didn’t send a bottle of champagne to Drake.

According to Gutierrez, Drake and his entourage, which included rapper Meek Mill, then approached Brown and his crew at their table. “They got up in his face and were giving him the middle finger. Chris told Drake to f— off, and the next thing I heard was smashed glass and the bottles started flying at us,” she says.

A punch was thrown, which Brown’s bodyguard Big Pat blocked and he got bashed over the head with a bottle, which split his head open. Another bottle was flung which hit Brown and left him with a bloody gash on his face. “I didn’t see Chris act violently towards anyone,” said Gutierrez. “Chris said, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying and I saw him get hit in the face, so I hunkered down where I was.”

During the melee, Gutierrez was also hit in the head with a champagne bottle, as well.  A friend rushed her to NYU Medical Center where it took five staples to close the wound on her head.

“I think Drake’s entourage are cowards for throwing bottles at girls,” she said. “I’ve lost all respect for Drake. Chris Brown acted like a gentleman to all the girls there. Chris tried to protect me and my friend.”

Gutierrez has now hired an attorney, Sal Strazzullo, and likely to pursue to legal action against all parties involved. Mr. Strazzullo told E! Online that his client may need plastic surgery.

Gutierrez is among several people who were injured in the brawl including Brown’s bodyguard, an Australian tourist, NBA star Tony Parker and Lucy Pavlovsky, a clubgoer who is filing a lawsuit against the nightclub.

Police are still investigating the case and have not made any arrest. Drake has denied any wrongdoing in the incident.

According to Strazzullo, there was surveillance footage flimed that night and he’s going to use it to identify those who instigated the fight. “The cameras are not going to lie,” he said. He also said patrons who purchased champagne in the club can also be identified through credit card receipts and they will be deposed in the case.
