NYPD Officer Kicks Fellow Officer In Head During Arrest [VIDEO]

This video shows a plainclothes officer with the New York Police Department coming to the aid of a fellow officer(s) during an arrest. However, the officer not uniform makes a huge mistake not once, but twice during the arrest.

First, as he approaches the confrontation the man is seen kicking a fellow officer in the head while he is on the ground. I assume that he could not see the officer's identification and assumed he was the man resisting.

Then, later in the video, the officer in plainclothes is seen punching the man they are attempting to arrest.

The officer was stripped of duties and is being investigated on the matter.
