At least one person has reportedly been arrested for for allegedly phoning in the bomb threat that last week shut down the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Though state police Troop I spokesperson Brooks David could not confirm specific details, he said it was his "understanding there is one in custody."

KLFY-TV 10 reported Monday night the suspect is believed to be linked to an alleged attempted robbery that occurred just as the evacuation on campus was underway.

The FBI is expected to release more information.
