HAZMAT Dealing With Overturned Tractor-Trailer

There is an overturned tractor-trailer in Scott and it's causing traffic to back up.

HAZMAT units are also on the scene to deal with the leaking 18-wheeler.

The vessel is leaking Glycolic Acid. This is in the 800 block of Hiedi Circle in Scott.

Officials say this is going to take quite some time to get this vessel to stop leaking, and so don't expect the area to be opened for hours.
