Pervert Busted Spying on Women Underneath Public Toilet

There’s gotta be a better way to meet women.

Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma recently arrested 52-year-old Kenneth Webster Enlow after he was caught in a septic tank under a women’s toilet at a park so he could spy on women. Enlow was caught when a 29-year-old woman with her 7-year-old daughter spotted him in what was surely one of the eeriest public restroom experiences you will ever hear about.

The woman was in the process of helping her daughter to the bathroom “when she saw that there was a man underneath the toilet looking up at her and her daughter.”

Cops were called in and officials removed Enlow from the tank and washed him, since, yes, he was covered in fecal matter.

For his part, Enlow claims a woman he called Angel bopped hit him on the head with a tire iron and then drove him to the park where she dumped his body into a toilet. Hey, we’ve all been there, right? No? So, it's just us.

Even with that crazy story, authorities still had to issue a peeping Tom charge and Enlow a very good reason to think about checking out therapy.
