Rae Sremmurd have a new theory regarding the World Series. The rap duo is convinced if they sing the national anthem, the Dodgers will secure a win.

While speaking to TMZ Sports today (Oct. 26) as they smoked a blunt, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi said that they would love the opportunity to partake in the starting pitch.

"We gonna be performing at halftime," said Swae Lee. "I wanna do the starting pitch. Rae Sremmurd, we wanna throw two baseballs at the same time, we want to do the starting pitch, to start the game, and we want to sing the Star-Spangled Banner. I promise if they let us sing the national anthem for that game, I promise they gonna win."

Swae Lee then proceeds to sing the national anthem. The melody doesn't sound bad until he begins to chop up the words.

If Rae Sremmurd are given the chance to sing the national anthem, that would count as the second win for them this week. On Wednesday, Swae and Jxmmit signed a global partnership deal with Luc Belaire. The "Black Beatles" artists will be part of a video series, Belaire It Out, where they will debate pop culture topics and answer questions from fans.

Jxmmi expressed his excitement over their latest Luc Belaire partnership. "It had to be Belaire and it had to be Belaire Gold," he said. "Belaire's everywhere we go and this business venture goes with everything we're doing from music to fashion. We are the Golden Boys! SremmLife!"
