Raising Cane’s Has a Secret Menu Item…Sort Of
I was today years old when I learned that you can order chicken fingers from Raising Cane's a bit different from how you usually get them.
Now, I am fully aware after doing a little research that what I'm about to tell you about is not that new. But guess what -- it's new to me!
You can get naked chicken fingers at Raising Cane's. Yeah, they just skip the breading, fry it up, and, boom, deliciousness without some of the gluten and dairy fun.
This is a nice hack if you're on a dairy or gluten-free diet or even have other fun allergens.
However, these naked fingers are still cooked in the same fryer as Raising Cane's classic Chicken Fingers, which do contain milk, egg, and wheat, so keep that in mind.
What do people think of this variation to the Raising Cane's classic Chicken Finger?
If you look at the comments on the Instagram post above, you will see that it's a love/hate kind of deal.
Here's the good...
And the not-so-good...
It sounds like I'll just have to give it a try myself and make my own conclusions. If it's too dry, there's always a tub of Cane's sauce I can dip them delicious tenders into.
