Is This Real Snow Or Some Kind Of Plastic Chemical Snow Falling From The Sky? [VIDEO]

There are different reports from Michigan to Georgia of snow that's not melting. Basically, people are rolling up little snowballs, then they set fire to it. You would assume the snow would automatically melt, but it doesn't. Instead it just burns, leaving no watery puddle and a black stain where they tried to melt it. There's also an awful stench coming from the snow, some say it smells like plastic.

A lot of conspiracy theorist say is not melting because of the government spraying chemicals in the sky AKA The "CHEMTRAIL." They say when you look in the sky and see an airplane with the white streak behind it, that's the government spraying chemicals in the air for us to breathe.
