‘Robbed Kim’ Halloween Costume Takes Things Too Far

Is this real life? Did someone actually think making Kim Kardashian getting robbed into a Halloween costume was a good idea?

The costume company costumeish.com revealed their "Parisian Heist Robbery Victim" costume kit, which features a White Short Sexy Robe, Long Black Wig, "$4 Million Dollar" Ring, Large Sunglasses, Fake Gag and 2' of Rope. And, just so we all know, there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that says, "costume ring is made of plastic and not worth $4 million dollars", because I'm sure most of us really thought it was a $4 million dollar ring.

Does the costume name or description say anything about Kim K in it? No, but it's pretty clear what they were going for here.

The vice president of Costumeish, Jonathon Weeks, told BuzzFeed that he was sad that people were offended by it, but said that “Halloween should be a light-hearted, spirited party, and people should be able to laugh at it and think it’s funny.”

Unfortunately, no one is laughing. Most people are outraged by the costume, and have taken to social media to bash the costume company's tasteless decision.
