Saints Officially Receive 6th-Round Pick From Cardinals

The New Orleans Saints will be receiving the sixth-round selection from the Arizona Cardinals in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Saints traded Peterson to the Cardinals in October, receiving a conditional sixth-round draft pick in return.

The details are still not known, but obviously, Peterson surpassed the numbers that he needed to surpass for the Saints to get the 6th-round pick.

In 6 game with the Cardinals, Peterson rushed for 448 yards and two touchdowns on 129 carries.

In four games with the Saints prior to the trade, the 32-year old Peterson rushed for 81 yards.

A 7-time Pro Bowler, Peterson has compiled 12,276 career rushing yards.
