Sheriff Garber Responds to Election Results

This statement comes from Lafayette Parish Sheriff Mark Garber in response to the sheriff's tax renewal that has been passed in Lafayette tonight with over 67 percent of the vote.

Garber vows to fund law enforcement operations to ensure the safety of Lafayette Parish residents and visitors in the area.

Following the renewal, he promises to maintain and provide the highest level of service and security that the residents of this parish know and deserve.
