Shots Fired At Armstrong International Airport In New Orleans
A report of shots fired at Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans. Crews are on the scene now.
According to WWL 4 in New Orleans,
The airport exit off I-10 was temporarily closed to traffic as emergency vehicles made their way to the scene. It has since been reopened according to WWL, who says traffic is now flowing to the airport.
There are some reports of planes that have arrived that are not allowing people to de-plane.
WWL has released a statement from the airport.
"There was a security incident near concourse B of the airport The site been secured We will release more info as it comes in."
