X-Factor Contestant Josh Daniels Moves Simon Cowell To Tears

Simon Cowell was moved to tears after an emotional performance from "The X-Factor" contestant Josh Daniels.

The 21-year-old sang "Jealous," by Labrinth, inspired by the loss of his best friend in 2013. The beautiful lyrics of the song, coupled with an amazing performance had Simon visibly holding back tears throughout the entire performance.

Cowell was even seen wiping tears away at one point while fellow judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini also cried, telling Daniels,

That was the most captivated I've been in all the auditions so far

The segment is believed to have been taped within days of Cowell's mother passing away at the age of 89 this past July, which would explain his emotional response to the beautiful song.

Usually one to honestly critique, Simon didn't even comment, taking Daniels performance straight to a vote.

By the way, it was three yeses; all well deserved.
