Check your bill.

Slemco recently announced via Facebook that they are crediting some user's accounts for the month of August.

According to the social media post, if you have been a Slemco customer for five years or more and if you've paid your bill on time during those five years, you may notice a refund on your August bill.

In addition to that, you must be in good standing with the electric company and by that I mean you have not been late on payments. If you have not been late on payment more than twice within the last two years, you will see the refund on your August bill.

Basically, the deposit you put down at the beginning of your services is being refunded if you meet the criteria.
