St. Landry Parish Sheriff Is Investigating Death Of 19 Month Old

Paramedics were called out to a home in Eunice at approximately 2:45 this afternoon responding to a 911 call concerning a child that had stopped breathing. The 19 month child was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced dead on arrival.

The St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s office is investigating.
