Another Strong Cold Front Expected to Push Into South Louisiana

Don't put the jackets away just yet.

While many in south Louisiana may be preparing their yards and patio for Spring, winter may not be done for many across the country.

Meteorologist Zack Fredella posted on social media what could be coming to south Louisiana by next weekend (March 11-12th) and if accurate, it's going to be COLD!

A strong cold front will be behind a line of showers that shows up here early next week and temperatures by next weekend could dip down to near or below freezing.

So, if you have put the jackets away, get them out again and if you've planted some of your favorite plants in the garden, you may have to protect them from the cold by next weekend.
