There are different reports from Michigan to Georgia of snow that's not melting. Basically, people are rolling up little snowballs, then they set fire to it. You would assume the snow would automatically melt, but it doesn't. Instead it just burns, leaving no watery puddle and a black stain where they tried to melt it. There's also an awful stench coming from the snow, some say it smells like plas
