Charlene Shunick, the sister of missing 22-year-old Mickey Shunick, took some time out of her schedule to sit down with us and talk about the arrest of Brandon Scott Lavergne. Lavernge is the man being held by Lafayette Police in the disappearance of UL student Mickey Shunick.

KATC has just released audio of Brandon Scott Lavergne as he appeared before a judge earlier today in his first hearing. Lavergne, 33, is currently being held on charges for aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder in connection with the disappearance of Mickey Shunick.

At a probation hearing today, a judge ordered Lindsay Lohan back to jail with $100,000 bail, for continuous probation violations.
