LSU All-American and Heisman Finalist Tyrann Mathieu, the "Honey Badger," was dismissed from the LSU football program during the 2012 season for violating team policy and testing positive during a random drug test. Matthieu was released by head coach Les Miles and Matthieu's future at LSU remained uncertain, that's until today.
Former LSU Tiger Star Tyann Mathieu has reportedly entered a drug rehab facility in Texas. His father says his son will not play football until he is confident his rehab is complete.
ESPN is reporting that Tyrann Mathieu, "The Honey Badger" may be contemplating taking another shot at making the LSU football team in 2013. Mathieu was kicked off the team last week for violating team and school policy.
