The Pittsburgh Steelers didn't fair very well against the New England Patriots during Sunday Night Football, and this penalty call was just the icing on the cake.

The NCAA announced the sanctions on Penn State earlier this morning, and though the university didn't get hit with the 'death penalty' - their punishment was still a stiff one. Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker was penalized last weekend after he scored a touchdown because of "excessive celebrating."
