Protesters planning to attend a Trump rally on Saturday near Ambassador Row won't be able to use the parking lot of the shopping center.

An Arizona man that went viral for his role in the U.S. Capitol incident has made his first court appearance. According to reports, Jacob Chansley has not eaten in days while in detention as the facility will not provide him with all organic food.

In this video posted to social media, armed individuals can be seen walking through the parking lot of a Lafayette hotel.

The destination is the Louisiana State Capital, where there will be a rally held in support of Louisiana's law enforcement officers.

The march will travel from Heymann Memorial Park to the Pavillion at the east end of Girard Park, where a rally will be held.

The organizers are asking participants to bring their own water, and everyone must be wearing a protective mask to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
