Local Calls in Lafayette and Acadiana Will Now Require Dialing the Area Code
Starting on October 24, 2021, all phone calls will now require an area code when dialing the number. This will be required for all calls made, even for local calls.
10-Digit Dialing Begins in 337 and 504 Area Codes
