The home of the New Orleans Saints and the site of the 2013 Super Bowl just got a new name. The Superdome has always been an iconic part of New Orleans and in 2005 was a symbol of agony during Hurricane Katrina. "Da Dome" as it's commonly referred to by locals will now have a new prestige now that the naming rights have been purchased by of the top luxury brands in the world.

The Superdome is going under some serious remodeling right now, mainly in preparation for it's hosting of the upcoming Super Bowl XLVII in 2013. Along with remodeling work inside the dome, there is also continued construction outside the dome in Champion's Square as well. I'm especially excited because after being on a waiting list for what seems like an eternity
