In November 2022, TLC revealed a sneak peek at the 1,000-Lb. Sisters star's wedding day in a TikTok video.

The viral video showed the bride in her white gown and has over 2 million likes and 22 million views as of publishing.

"You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham. I'm married now!" Tammy exclaimed in the video.

The bride and groom reportedly chose to have an intimate ceremony with just 30 of their closest friends and family members in attendance.

Who Is Tammy Slaton?

Tammy Slaton, now Tammy Willingham, is a TLC reality star who first rose to fame detailing her health journey on YouTube.

Tammy was born on July 27, 1986, in Kentucky. Her father passed away when she was young so she and her sister were raised by their mother, Darlene Slaton.

She and Amy have two step-siblings from her mother's second marriage.

When Did Tammy Slaton Get Married?

Tammy Slaton married Caleb Willingham on Nov. 19 at the Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, where they first met.

Who Is Tammy Slaton's Husband Caleb Willingham?

Little is known about Caleb Willingham publicly. It's unclear when he checked into the rehab facility or when he is expected to leave the program. However, Caleb is reportedly planning to move to Kentucky with his new bride when they're both released from the facility.

"They have a lot of the same struggles that they can share. They’ve been a huge support for each other [in rehab], which is awesome," a source told The Sun.

Why Is Tammy Slaton in Rehab?

Tammy Slaton entered an Ohio-based rehab facility to treat food addiction in November 2021 after her lung collapsed, a near-death experience which was chronicled on Season 3 of 1,000-Lb. Sisters.

According to The Sun, a source close to the Slaton family claimed that Tammy chose to stay in the facility to further her treatment and so nurses could monitor her diet and medications.
