You can now pass your inked skin on to loved ones after you die.

The National Association for the Preservation of Skin Art (NAPSA) is a nonprofit organization that preserves tattoos after death. According to NAPSA:

The "Save My Ink" service provided by NAPSA allows people to designate a beneficiary to receive their tattooed skin in a frame after they pass away.

In order for the process to work NAPSA must have an 18 hour advance notice of someone passing. The tattoo must not be on face or genitalia.(That would be disgusting)

Tattoos are art.  That is the "Save My Ink' motto.
