Teen Mom Farrah Abraham Drops $16,000 On New Nose Job + More [PHOTOS]

Teen Mom Farrah Abraham has always been the hottest of the MTV reality bunch in my humble opinion. But, I guess that really isn't saying much when you consider the other Teen Moms that she's up against (cough, Amber, cough). Well, Farrah just made hot even hotter by dropping $16,000 worth of plastic surgery on her face.

Or did she fix what wasn't broken?

In the new issue of InTouch, the 21-year-old mother of baby Sophia revealed that she has "hated" her nose since she was 13, and even though the surgeries cost a lot, "they are worth it" to her. In addition to her nose job, the remaining bang for her buck came in the form of a new chin implant.

"I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again," she says about the results. "I feel gorgeous!"

Farrah also got a boob job back in 2010, so this isn't the first time she has used that Teen Mom money to go under the knife.

So let me get this straight.

1. Have babies at 16.
2. Put personal life on reality television for all to judge and enjoy.
3. Cash out.
4. Get new boobs/chin/nose.
5. Be famous.

Is MTV really sending the right message with Teen Mom? I'll tell you this much, no amount of surgeries can ever fix THIS.
