The Daily Advertiser is reporting that Texas has officially set up checkpoints at its eastern borders to screen Louisiana drivers for Coronavirus before they enter the state.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced last week that Louisianians who entered the state would be required to self-quarantine for 14 days before moving around the state.

Edwards' will hold a press conference tomorrow at 3 p.m. to provide updates on the state's continued response to the Coronavirus crisis.
