Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park to Open Soon

The Toledo Bend area is known for fantastic fishing, camp living, and just an overall relaxing outdoor experience. But soon, you'll be able to add a pretty cool attraction to your list of things to do in the area.

The owners of Toledo Bend Adventure Park have been teasing everyone over the last several months that they'll be opening this summer. That still could happen, but construction hurdles have delayed the park's opening.

But in the meantime...

What can we expect to enjoy at Toledo Bend Adventure Park?

The 3.5-acre resort will feature two spa-type pools, a wading pool, a lazy river, splash pad, a playground, miniature golf, and much more.

The park is located across from Wildwood Resort RV park at the corner of Carter's Ferry Road and San Miguel Road six miles northwest of Zwolle, Louisiana.

RV and cabin family packages will be available.

When will Toledo Adventure Park open?

The park was originally supposed to open in time for Memorial Day weekend but obviously, that did not happen.

A recent Facebook post explained that they are trying hard to open up soon. The reasons given for that not happening is "many supply chain issues and delays we have encountered."

It sure sounds like the opening is just around the corner. As folks are anxiously awaiting to check out the Adventure Park, their website has the following posted regarding purchasing tickets:

As we get confirmation from our contractors and set an official opening date, day tickets will be made available for purchase online. We recommend following our Facebook page for updates as we move forward.

So it sounds like the best thing to do is follow their Facebook page for the heads up as to when the park will officially open up. We can't wait because it sure looks nice.
