Dallas Cowboy QB Tony Romo has popped the question to a Dallas TV Reporter/Personality.Romo got on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Candice Crawford, at her recent birthday party. Candice is the sister of Chase Crawford. Its apparent Romo is a "blonde type guy" because he has dated Carrie Underwood and Jessica Simpson prior to Candice.
