Travis Scott has slapped a car dealership with a lawsuit claiming he got finessed out of $70,000 for a Lamborghini that didn’t exist.

According to TMZ, the rapper-producer is suing Richard Martinez, VIP Services and Jorge Maldonado for conspiring to steal money from him. In his suit, Scott alleges that he wanted to purchase a 2015 Lamborghini Huracan from Maldonado, who then enlisted Martinez and his VIP Services to assist in negotiating a deal.

Near the end of the deal, Scott alleges that Martinez told him to wire a $70,000 deposit. After several months of waiting, Scott hasn’t seen a Lambo. The "Goosebumps" rapper believes that he was pulled into a scam and now he wants his money back.

Meanwhile, Travis Scott is being sued by an entertainment company after failing to show up to a concert a couple days after daughter Stormi Webster was born. According to The Blast, entertainment events company PJAM said they contractually scheduled Scott to perform at Myth Live nightclub near Minneapolis on Feb. 3, one day before Super Bowl LII on Feb. 4.

In their suit, PJAM claims that on the day of (Feb. 3), “despite his contractual obligations, [Scott] refused to show up for the event.” The scheduled concert came two days after Kylie Jenner gave birth to Stormi on Feb. 1.

PJAM is seeking over $200,000 in damages. Reps for Travis Scott had no comment on the matter.
