Two Suspects Being Sought In Acadiana Burglary

Two people are wanted in connection with a burglary that happened in the 4200 block of Goodrich Road this past Saturday, September 14.

Officials with the Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers program say that two suspects can be seen on video breaking into the show area of the property and making off with some items.

The two took a tractor which deputies ended up finding later on in a ditch.

The items that the suspects made off with include a Ruger 22 caliber rifle, a weed eater made by Troy Built that is red in color and a green chainsaw made by Poulan.

The really interesting thing about this story is that deputies also report that the suspects left behind some items at the crime scene.

Investigators recovered a shoe, a t-shirt, a backpack and two Under Armour brand ball caps.
