With many universities going to online instruction and taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, U-Haul is stepping up to help the students.U-Haul is offering 30 days of free self-storage to any student that will have to move due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Colleges have made announcements of campus closures and students are being sent home. The stress of students having to move and store their belongings just adds more stress and U-Haul wants to help. The free month applies to new customers with college IDs and is a limited-time offer subject to availability. The 30 days free self-storage offer is usually done for communities impacted by a natural disaster. This is the first time U-Haul has extended this offer Company-wide.
