As is normally the case, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns are drawing extremely well for their respective home games at "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park.

Louisiana currently ranks 10th in the nation in the latest college baseball attendance figures.

UL, who is 7-10 on the season, including a 5-6 home record, has drawn 48,957 fans through 10 home games (excluding Wednesday night's home game against Southern Miss).

That figure ranks 10th in the country in college baseball, and tops in the Sun Belt Conference.

Even more impressive, UL is averaging 4,896 per home game, which ranks 7th in the country.

LSU, who has drawn 127, 606 fans through 12 home games, ranks number one in the country, followed by Mississippi St., who has drawn 102,366 through 14 home games.

Ole Miss ranks third on the list, having drawn 101,174 through 12 home games, with South Carolina checking in fourth, after drawing 86,930 through 14 home games.

Rounding out the top five is Arkansas, with an attendance figure of 77,553 through 12 home games.

This is nothing new, as the Cajuns typically draw among the best programs in the nation, ranking #12 in attendance last season.
