Yesterday, during the NCAA Regionals Tournament at Lamson Park at UL-Lafayette, Ragin Cajun fans sang the National Anthem on their own when it wouldn't be played prior to one of the games.

The anthem was played prior to the first game of the day, but due to time constraints, it would not be played again prior to any of the other games. Well that is when UL fans took it upon themselves to sing our National Anthem.

As the players were warming-up on the field, the fans in the stands started singing the National Anthem and suddenly the players stopped in the middle of the warm-ups and turned towards the flag at the park. What a beautiful moment at UL's Lamson Park.

The fans that started this should be really proud of themselves, and we're glad that Geoffrey Stewart captured this moment at UL. By the way, the UL Ragin' Cajuns won the Regionals and are now moving on to the Super Regionals of the NCAA Tournament.
